Den 4. Kriegsmarine-ubådsflotille tjente som en træningsenhed for den nazistiske tyske flåde for slibehold, før bådene gik ind i kampflåderne.
Den 4. flotille blev oprettet i maj 1941 i den polske by Stettin (moderne Szczecin ). På dette tidspunkt blev kampflåderne flyttet til franske havne, og der blev trænet i 4., 5. og 8. flotilla. Den 4. flotille trænede hovedsageligt besætningerne på langtrækkende ubåde. Flotillen blev først opløst i slutningen af krigen, i maj 1945 .
