Phospholipase B (lysophospholipase, eng. phospholipase B ) er en type phospholipase , der har aktiviteterne af både phospholipase A1 og A2 , dvs. i stand til at hydrolysere phospholipidacylkæden i positionerne sn -1 og sn-2. Som regel virker phospholipase B på lysolecithin (lysophosphatidylcholin), som dannes som følge af phospholipase A1's virkning på lecithin ( phosphatidylcholin ).
