Vicarious Visions er en amerikansk udviklings- og forlagsvirksomhed for videospil. De fleste af studiets spil blev udviklet til Game Boy Advance håndholdte konsol . Studiekontoret er beliggende i Albany , New York .
Studiet blev grundlagt af Bala-brødrene i 1990, mens de gik på gymnasiet.
I januar 2005 blev studiet opkøbt af forlaget Activision .
Den 5. april 2016 blev det kendt, at Bala-brødrene forlod studiet [1] .
Den 8. december 2016 gik studiet sammen med Bungie om at udvikle Destiny -franchisen [2] .
Den 22. januar 2021 blev studiet en del af Blizzard Entertainment [3] [4] .
Den 20. februar 2021 blev det annonceret på BlizzConline, at Vicarious Visions under Blizzard Entertainment er i gang med at genudgive Diablo II som Diablo II: Resurrected [5] .
Den 18. januar 2022 annoncerede Microsoft købet af Activision Blizzard for 68,7 milliarder dollars [6]
