Ubisoft Shanghai (nogle gange opført som Ubisoft China , grundlagt som Shanghai UBI Computer Software Co., Ltd ) er en virksomhed med speciale i udvikling af computerspil ; et datterselskab af Ubisoft med hovedkontor i Shanghai , Kina .

De mest berømte udviklinger er Splinter Cell og Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon serie af spil , Tom Clancy 's EndWar real-time strategi osv. Udover at udvikle deres egne projekter, er virksomheden også engageret i portering (porting) af allerede udgivet udviklede spil af andre afdelinger, på spillekonsoller [1] [2] [3] .

Shanghai-divisionen er et af Ubisofts største datterselskaber og har 430 specialister fra 27 lande [4] .
