Carotis-tympaniske arterier ( latin arteriae caroticotympanicae ) er små grene af det petruse segment af den indre halspulsåre . De stammer fra den indre halspulsåre på tidspunktet for dens passage i carotiskanalen . De sendes til trommehulen gennem carotis-tympanic tubuli. De anastomerer med arterierne i den ydre halspulsåre : den forreste tympaniske arterie , en gren af maksillærarterien , og med stylomastoidarterie , en gren af den posteriore aurikulære arterie .
