Arthur Bolland Skipworth ( eng.  Arthur Bolland Skipworth , 10. juni 1830 - 27. november 1898 ) var en engelsk skakspiller (mester), skakjournalist og funktionær. Multiple Champion i British County Chess Association. Medlem af en stor international turnering (London, 1883).

I sin ungdom tog han præstedømmet.

Han var sekretær for British County Chess Association. I mange år eksisterede organisationen kun takket være Skipworths entusiasme. Efter hans død gik det straks i stykker.

Skipworth var også redaktør af magasinet " Chess Players' Chronicle " (et af forsøgene på at genoplive G. Stauntons berømte magasin ).
