Graham McNeill er en britisk  science fiction-forfatter født i Glasgow , Skotland i 1971 . Studerede arkitektur ved Glasgow Caledonian University fra 1989-1996 . Fra 1996 arbejdede han som arkitekt, indtil han så en annonce for forfattere i december 1999 -udgaven af ​​magasinet White Dwarf .
