Montilla ( spansk  Montilla ) er en by og kommune i Spanien , en del af provinsen Cordoba , en del af det autonome samfund Andalusien . Kommunen er en del af distriktet (comarca) Campinia Sur . Det optager et areal på 170 km². Indbyggertal 23.907 ( 2010 ). Afstand 44 km til provinshovedstaden.

Byen ligger i et frugtbart område, som er berømt for sin højkvalitets olivenolie . Signatursherryen fra Montilla hedder amontillado .

I Montilla, renæssancepaladset for hertugerne af Medinaceli og ruinerne af slottet af Córdoba-familien, hvorfra Gonzalo Fernandez de Córdoba , den mest berømte indfødte i Montilla, kom fra.
