William Russell ( eng. William Russell ; 1. juni 1809, London , Storbritannien - 27. maj 1872, ibid) - britisk aristokrat, 13. baron Russell , 8. baron Howland, 12. jarl af Bedford , 8. markis af Tavistock , 8. hertug af Bedford fra 1861 (indtil da havde høflighedstitlen Marquess of Tavistock ). Han sad i Underhuset i 1832-1841, var en fremtrædende repræsentant for Whig- partiet . Døde ugift og barnløs, så familiens titler overgik til hans fætter Francis .
