Alcalá de los Gazules ( spansk :  Alcalá de los Gazules ) er en by og kommune i Spanien , en del af provinsen Cadiz , en del af det autonome samfund Andalusien . Kommunen er en del af distriktet (comarca) La Janda . Det optager et areal på 478,52 km². Befolkning - 5592 personer (for 2010 ). Afstand - 70 km til det administrative centrum af provinsen.

I 1558 tildelte kong Filipe II en af ​​sine Enriquez -fætre titlen som hertug af Alcalá de los Gazules. Siden midten af ​​det 17. århundrede har titlen været holdt af hertugerne af Medinaceli .
