Hericium

Hericaceae [1] [2] ( lat.  Hericaceae ) er en familie af svampe af Russulas- ordenen ( lat.  Russulales ).

Morfologi

Frugtlegemerne er korallignende med en toget hymenofor . Medlemmer af familien har gleocystidiske hyfer, der akkumulerer olieagtige stoffer. Amyloidsporer [1] . Findes i nordlige tempererede egne og udvikler sig på rådnende træ [3] .
