Cypher er det fjerde studiealbum af det finske metalband …and Oceans , udgivet i 2002 .
Ifølge …and Oceans-vokalisten var albummets originale titel Insect Angels & Devil Worms , taget fra hans bog, men bandet ændrede efterfølgende det originale coverdesign, hvilket resulterede i en ændring i konceptet, og som et resultat, navneændringen af Insect Angels & Devil Worms til den kortere Cypher .
